Nobody's Perfect is a supportive program for parents of children aged birth to 5, specially designed for young parents, those feeling isolated, or facing financial or educational challenges. This program offers a welcoming space for parents to connect with others with similar experiences and aspirations. It empowers parents by highlighting their strengths and providing positive strategies for raising healthy, happy children.

Created in the Atlantic provinces and nationally adopted by the Public Health Agency of Canada, Nobody's Perfect has been trusted for over 40 years. It’s not about prescribing a single parenting method but about offering resources and skills to navigate common parenting challenges. Each participating family receives a set of comprehensive books covering essential topics like self-care for parents, understanding child behavior, promoting healthy development, and ensuring safety. This program is an invaluable resource for parents looking to enhance their parenting journey.

PROGRAM DATES/TIME:

Wednesday, September 4, 11, 18 and 25, 10 am to 12 pm

*Childcare is provided but spaces are limited to 10 children. Refreshments provided

Each participant will have to inform ESFRA of the number of children and the ages of the children they will be bringing with them weekly.
